Powder coating is a relatively simple process compared to traditional car paint, if something gets wrong you just blow the powder off the area and start over – while traditional paint requires repainting from the ground up. What you need in additional to this powder coating system is a power outlet, a small compressor and an oven for curing the paint. Max. size of parts that can be lacquered is only limited by the size of the oven. The time for curing varies depending on the thickness of the goods. Variable voltage in 5 positions, 30,000, 35,000, 40,000, 45,000 and 50,000 V (± 5,000 V). Note, set the compressor pressure to 0.5-1.2 kg max.
